Phil Taylor's practice routine?

Postby Martyn1988 » Mon Nov 08, 2010 8:54 am

Does anybody know his routine? I keep seeing comments that whenever anyone practices with him that his routine is too much for them.

From nine to 11, one until three, five until six-thirty, and 10.30 to 11.30 is the time he puts in.
As for what he dose don't think it will be much different to what we all do mate.

there is much myth and conjecture about `the powers' practise, It would surprise me if he still does that full routine every day, will the sheer volume of tournament play and his huge additional commitments it would be impossible. I venture this may be a routine for certain days or when preparing or recovering from a competition.

He once stated to a few of us that he did much less than the rumour mill has it and concentrated on quality not quantity these days!

watch the ower & the glory (think video 5), he said he practices at 2 hours intervals all day... his breaks give him time to do other things of course..
